Project: Tanit residential and commercial complex

Description: Design and supervision of construction work for the Tanit residential and commercial complex, comprising

• A 5-star hotel with 34 floors and a total surface area of 65,000 m², including a thalassotherapy center 
• A 5-storey, 4-star hotel with a total covered area of 17,5000 m² and a balneotherapy center 
• 25 R+6 towers with a total surface area of 320,000 m² covered
• A deplhinarium containing 8 dolphins and 5 belugas from an aquatic zoo
